Our local does a chicken honey. Mild but yet full of massive flavour. Depends also on how you mean hot. Chilli hot is awful I do like a spicy hot curry though but must retain the flavour of the meat and sauces used. We have one in town authentic spiced curry that good you pee spices the next day....

TBF the crap in the jar is very mild. You get a proper made one and well lol he's in for a shock

Eeek. Sorry, didn't mean to write that at all. I was thinking about curry and jalfrezi was in my head. I meant to write biryani - described as "mild to medium" in my menu.

Always get a korma and fed up with korma. Any tips on different curries. Don't like hot curry, might consider a pasanda but maybe similar to korma.

Can't go wrong with a nice rogan josh, the spices in it give flavour not heat.
