At least you and @coollino have suggested something that resembles an actually curry rather than some jarg-English concoction for the masses.

For me, it's either a chicken saag, chicken karahi, lamb pathia or if you're prone to living dangerously a mixed jaflong (chicken, lamb and prawn).

I got shut down :(
 

Once went to some place in Manchester in between wedding service food came cold I complained waiter stuck his fingers in dish said no it isn't some mancs in corner kick off dress em up but they're still scousers you guess the rest wasn't pretty
 

A few others have mentioned Pathia. Brothers, you have chosen well. The best curry in the werrrrrrrld.
Used to get pathia all the time, but then discovered lamb garlic chilli rezala. As well as big chunks of tender lamb, the sauce also has mince in it. Obviously, it's tasty because of the garlic and chilli, but it's really thick on account of the mince. Brilliant for sweeping up with a naan.
