Does anyone have one? Very tempted to get one as I won't be going on any holidays this year but worried about how you plug these in.

I’ve got a lazy spa but don’t use it as present as trying to save a few quid with the cost of electricity. Once they are warmed up the actual cost of electricity isn’t that bad but getting it up to temperature costs a good few quid.

They plug in via standard plug socket, I run an extension cable for mine. If you have an outdoor hot tap it would save so much money as could use that to fill the thing. The chemicals(chlorine/Ph) you need to buy to maintain it aren’t that expensive(get them out of b&m) and quite easy to maintain.

My sis in law gave us one with a puncture and a broken pump earlier in the year. Now fixed and well enjoyed. Ours has a 1.5kW heater ... Best to have an external 13A socket installed and don't rely on extension cords. Every connection will get hot if not brand spanking new and firm. Takes about 20 hours to heat up running constantly - around £7-£8 then about £1 a day at current rates. We only run ours because we have solar.

No nude bathing. I cant get the sight of a filter encrusted with short cury hairs from my mind.

Disgusting replacing one of them and seeing what is in there

My buddy has one. I was skeptical but it is surprisingly durable and quite comfortable, if small. The "made for 4" are actually made for 2, just like tents. The issue he talks about is the time it take to heat up the thing in winter and keep it warm, especially in colder winters. But on the whole he is pleased with it and I can see why. He didn't have an issue with extension cords or outlets heating up (you all have more volts versus us).

yessss.....
So, all ungulates are born with a "hoof capsule" which is a protective sheath around their hoof which is to prevent them from tearing their mom's uterus when in utero. The reason they have this, but not for example cats/leopards/dogs, is that these latter creatures are predators whereas ungulates (lamb, goat, deer, etc.) are routinely prey, so they need to be--literally--born to run, so that they can escape from wolves, dogs, leopards upon birth. So they have this little "glove" to protect mom in utero, and soon after they are born they shed the capsule and are able to zig-zag away from prey they way they do.

But I happen to like little sheep in my hot tub. It's "my thing." And when lamby was in my hot tub, despite the cartilaginous hoof capsule, he kicked because the water was too hot. But the space-age polymer held firm. I was impressed. Very impressed. I wrote a 4-page review on Amazon.

Wait, is this how 'foot n mouth' started?
