So we flirted with relegation previously and especially when Lampard was here, the opportunity came to get rid whilst the international break would give a new manager a bit of time to sort them out so have we reached that point?

For me it’s a big yes,and are still I say it I would be giving. o yes a shout until the end of the season only and see what happens then.

I do believe we have the makings of a half decent squad but Dyche just does not know what to do with them.

I think even a decent manager would struggle with this lot of players if they can be so in control of a game for 85 minutes and at the first sign of the opposition getting back in the game they just collapse and come away with nothing. I think his time is up but who in their right mind would come near us as a manager?

Not saying this will happen to us, but Villa bought in Emery in October and they were below us at the time I believe. They finished 7th and got Europe. Now look at them.

We have to be proactive now so the season isn’t a case of fighting relegation because we left Dyche in too long. We have to be comfortable and see some a bit of progression moving into the new place.

Everton is on autopilot awaiting new ownership. It’d take something extraordinary for the manager to be changed now.

There are 35 games left to turn the tanker, and Moshiri will be hoping that finding a new manager and paying off the old one remains the next guy’s problem.
