Robert Jarvis

Player Valuation: £35m
Thinking about the threads and the posts I have come to the conclusion we are all bored or in the doldrums. Nothing is happening, no games, no news out of EFC, no one really knows what the hell is happening and what do we do. We cling to newspaper stories, internet news, what Jol Bloggs friend said, and if that is not enough we slag off the other club. To some extent to relieve the boredom and our frustration we have a go warranted or unwarranted at other members. Sound familiar anyone if only a true bit of news would come out to get our teeth into, well that is how it grabs me.

FFS please let something happen soon.

I think every evertonian is bored atm. The weekends arent the same when everton arent on. Moyes isnt wealing and dealing, this time last season we had howard, aj and lescott, so far we aint got any1. We defo need a defender a few midfielders and a couple of strikers, possibly alan smith, yakubu. Wouldnt mind downing or possibly richardson. Sell VDM 2 benfica as a swap for manny plus £6m or something.

What you all think :)

Benfica are a good side Dean. The fact they can loan Manny out and hold out for £12m sums that up.

What makes you think they'd want VDM? ;)

No doubt about it the time is dragging a bit with no new arrivals as yet, the only thing that's keeping me going is thinking about the euro draw and who we might get in our group, EUROPE LADS!!!! we're in f***ing europe, we have a lot to look forward to, c'mon you Blues.

VDM said on kipper he would like 2 play 4 benfica

what about jagielka... sheffield united are holding out for £5m will we pay that though?

i would be so gutted if west ham signed him though

Just curious, when was the last kipper exclusive turn out true?

And I think VdM is at the point where he would be happy playing for anybody.

We have an Under21 tournament occuring at the moment with our National team and you really want me to answer. ??

Rob, you know me better ;) ;)

im just hoping things will pick up after next weekend

under 21 tournament finished- possibly nugent, hopefully davie has his eyes on others as well

sheff utd will know what div they are playing in- could invoke release clause in jags contract

ps. would be funny if west ham got relegated what with the all the money they are spending and the greedy bastards they have signed having to play in championship.

As for the WHU v Blades it has now been revealed that Liverpool are supporting the Blades!! Whilst you all know how I feel about the RS I have to say on this occasion to LFC well done. IMO WHU should have had points docked and gone down. Report out soon but to be honest cannot see any way back for Blades, Sean Bean or no Sean Bean.

RJ, liven up the off-season - become a Toronto FC fan!!

Pros:
1. It's NOT the MLS off-season - so there's games to follow.
2. Toronto FC Manager is Mo Johnstone
3. TFC winning some games, scoring goals (4-0 yesterday)
4. Some quality - current Welsh international Carl Robinson for one

Cons:
1. Long distance support is tough (take it from one who knows)
2. Tx Bill would never forgive you
3. TFC currently in 6th place (out of 7) in our "conference"
4. Toronto FC Manager is Mo Johnstone

and if anyone remembers Ronnie O'Brien, he plays for them as well. Has done for 5 years, and seems to be one of their star players.

See, Even I am starting to look into them. 13th Major league soccer team, and the first outside of the USA. Professional since 2006. It's a start I guess.

tbh CT, they do look a bit [Poor language removed] though, lol.

But they ain't american, so they have swung it for me,. hahahahahaha

That's ok, Toronto FC just got a big thumbs up from me for tonking Dallas by the score of 4-0. Very nice.

Gaz, that makes you the first official TFC fan in the UK

Considering it's the first season, team lost it's first 4 games; since then won 4, lost 2, drew 1 - not too bad.
