i do like that show where darren gough and that other fella compete to be the most annoying dick on the planet, always a close run thing too..exciting
 


What they actually said was we always sell our best players to Utd.

Well if "always" means we've sold them two players in 10 years they may have a point, but seeing as it doesn't it's just the usual bait a blue [swear word] that that tabloid radio station thrives on and those thick pair of [swear word] presenting the drive show enjoy spouting.

They've probably been trawling the forums to find out the reaction to the reports in then Mail today and thought they'd piggyback on it seeing as it caused a minor stir. Incidentally one of the [swear word] writes a colum for the Mail so it you see the level of journalism we're dealing with here.

If your listening laugh at their ignorance and enjoy how they contradict themselves but don't believe any of it because it's utter tripe.

Is coleman joining the baines, barkley, fellaini, rooney, jagielka, mccarthy and stones coalition ?

Please note: The highlighted ones are the only ones who's stories actually had legs.

To be fair the Baines one obviously had substance to it, but Utd wouldn't or couldn't match our valuation for Baines and we told them to move away in a short sharp jerky motion. It's likely that would happen again if they come low balling us with Coleman if there is any truth to this and isn't the forgone conclusion that these proffessional WUMs try and make people believe.

I agree, maybe i should of included Baines, the thing for me is that Baines had legs (a great left foot too) but i dont think we ever had intentions of selling both players, hence the reason i didnt highlight baines, fellaini was what some would describe as being 'sellable'. The thought of us selling both at the time was sickening, the thought of stones, mccarthy or mirallas leaving now nearly brings a tear to my eye.
 
We have sold as many players to City in recent years as we have to Utd and if you want to look for a common thread...it's that we hosed them both over the fees.
Not Rooney exactly , but 27m for a player in the last twelve months of his contract was not a bad effort.

Time will tell. I am not convinced that a player like Coleman is as highly coveted by a European manager like Van Gaal as he would be by a manager like Ferguson or Moyes.
