What we need is options for the season.

not arsed about the moaning about it. Having lennon and atsu as alternatives to mcgeady will make us better off and it's those sorts of options we need to turn things around.

imagine being able to sub and counter with genuine pace in second halves?
Far too reasonable for this thread .

It would be interesting to see his assist, chances created stats Tbf. I just don't remember him being the type of winger that beats his FB and puts the ball on a six pence for a striker.

I'm not even a Spurs fan but watching them over years he used to frustrate me to death when he couldn't beat the first man with his cross, or when he wouldn't take players on even though he's alot quicker than the opposing player.

But if we sign him, good luck to him and I hope he does well for us and gives us something different to what he was offering Spurs!

Pity poor Yevhen Konoplyanka, he doesn't have a lot of luck with transfers. You may remember the Ukraine winger was all set to join Liverpool exactly one year ago today, only for the deal to fall through. It would appear the same fate has again befallen the 25-year-old, who was due to join Italian side Roma, but now isn't.

Russian journalist Artur Petrosyan recently tweeted this quote from the player's agent, Oliver Cabrera: "Konoplyanka wanted a Roma move, but the Italians were unprofessional so it collapsed. He's staying at Dnipro".

Konoplyanka said himself that he turned Roma down as he wants to play in the prem.
