This lad has potential by the bucket loads yet we baulked at Cardiffs asking price £3 mil, he will cost more in the summer because everyone and his mate will be after him then, we may have missed the boat

Notice Claridges value of him - £500-600k? - reckon we should get him for £1.5m max myself. Which is next to nothing in this day and age.

Moyes said recently his scouting team were moving away from lower league sides and into european sides - maybe this could be one of the last major lower league signings he is after?

that must have been about 2 years ago, it said in the report Ledley was 19 but he is now 21. he will have improved over the two years so the price will have gone up.

I'd have him, but certainly not for £3m, reading that report, although it was 2 years ago, it sounds like they're talking about the second coming of Li Tie, uncomplicated in his play.
