Now don't get me wrong, I think Wossy is quite funny and the programme is usually a good laugh, but why do I need to see him in high definition?! Fair enough if the BBC actually showed stuff which would be good in HD like Doctor Who, MOTD etc. on their HD channel as well, but they don't!

The BBC seem to think JR is worth a lot of your license fee money (£6m salary a year). If I was still paying, I'd be pissed off that even more of it was being spent on presenting that egoistical man to the masses.

To be fair though. That fee is not just for him. It is for his production company that he and his missus set up, and they use the fee to pay for the production, the camera staff, the direction, everything basically that is needed to make the shows he is in. And that covers everything he does on TV and Radio. Yes, still a hell a lot of money, but is used for a lot more than people think.

Didn't know that, mate. Still think he's [Poor language removed] and not funny, though. So £6m for the crap that his production company produces is a bit much, in my opinion.

I don't have a problem with him or the show.

I just don't know why the BBC don't utilise their HD channel to show things that would clearly benefit from being broadcast in high definition instead of chat shows
