we need to trust carlo on this.

I would love to as I have wanted Pickford dropped this long time.

But I cannot understand why Carlo has already stated that Pickford plays next week.

What happens if Olsen has a great game, saves a penno and keeps a clean sheet?

A bizarre thing for Carlo to say IMO.

They can see it as that all they want, he's been our worst player and if anything it'll benefit us. They claimed andre gray as a victory, but nobody can take that embarrassing defeat v Burnley away from them.

Kopites want nowt more than Pickford to remain our starting goalkeeper.

Shall we all start guilting the media and RS fans, a broken knee can bend, a broken mind may never be fixed, they've literally killed him, the scum

I get the feeling that's why he said it. This way he's dropped Pickford without dropping him. He can say Olsen did really well so will stay in or, if he doesn't do well, Pickford is back next week. Either way, it feels like a kick up the arse for t-rex arms.

It's a pity Jordan Pickford didn't play the Newcastle game; we could've blamed him for their second goal by claiming he should have tipped the deflection off Mina over the bar.
