Giving my age away, I’d had possibly said Shilton and Clemence were better but Seaman was something else. Thing about Pickford that the others don’t have, like Butland, is arrogance. Hart had it before getting too much. It’s a quiet arrogance that gives him that extra couple of inches when coming for crosses and reaction shots. His positioning is also superb.

His positioning is top notch. Makes some shots look poor because of his positioning. He is not adverse to shuffling his feet to make a save easier rather than going for a glory save. He gives me confidence and when he does get beat it's usually a case of not being able to do anything about it. Looks calm but keeps our defenders on there toes. His confident demeanor does indeed look like a quiet arrogance.
