yep,if he stayed on the line and that goal came,jags would have been blamed probably,brilliant keeper still

great shot stopper but needs to command the box better but that will come with experience shouldn't blame him

I think he thought our defence was doing an awful job of containing van diyk but clearly he made the wrong decision in going for it.

It goes back to what I said in another thread. Holgate is playing well but needs a taller powerful header with him. I don't trust Keane to be that guy

He probably doesn’t save that if he stays on his line, and Niasse shouldn’t have left the post, but it was a poor decision to come for that.

Still our best keeper by some distance, and the very last player we need to consider dropping or replacing, so there we go. One of them isn’t it.

Actually, One of Pickfords strength is getting down low & fast to things. You are probably still correct with it being a goal but I do have enough faith in him that he might have got it. Agreed about the defending too.

Been player of the season but a bit of a mare tonight although still made one good save.

We just lack height in the whole team really. A target man will help, but we all knew we needed a tall centre back. Shame we bought an utter dud of one. But small full backs and central midfielders doesn't help that aspect either.
