Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has wasted little time in stepping up his Galactico policy after revealing he will 'work to bring Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo' to the Bernabeu.

The Spanish giants are currently in negotiations to lure the former from AC Milan but Perez's admission with regards Ronaldo is likely to infuriate Sir Alex Ferguson and Old Trafford officials.

Speculation has suggested a deal could already be in place to take Ronaldo to the Spanish capital, but Perez concedes he knows nothing of any such arrangement.

He is, though, steadfast in his thinking that the Portuguese wide man is a player he will pursue throughout the summer, as he bids to restore Real to their former glories.

Weird thing is I had a feeling that the Ronaldo move had been made months ago, but when they made the Kaka offer I thought it musn't have.

Surprised they have the money to get both of them even by Real's standards.

Still, United would get Ribery in to replace him at the drop of a hat, with money left over. Can't see it hurting them too much.

Look at the money these teams have got, then look at us haha They say money doesn't but success, these days I think that money does buy success :lol::lol::lol:

i think we should start a break away league where only realistic money is allowed to buy players, salary cap etc. We can call it 'the everton way'.

Tell you one thing though, if they both go it puts La Liga in a strong position. 4 of the best players in the world in their country.

I prefer Xavi, Iniesta gets alot more praise because he's a flashier player but Xavi is amazing
