Barton for thinking he can get away with behaving completely out of order whenever the opportunity arises.

Keegan for thinking Barton will change.

Probably thinks Barton will get Newcastle into Europe.

If Keegan had any respect for the victims of Barton's thuggish behaviour, he would have sacked him months ago.

Well that clown on Talk Sport Alan Brazil, sympathising with Barton and the bottle. Not surprising coming from a major piss head like Brazil.

No excuses for his behaviour. Many people drink and get drunk. They don't stub cigars out in kids eyes, and as for what happened on the training ground. Was he drunk then?

I think Keegan has done this due to pressure from the board. They are short of players and they spent alot of money on him.
Barton is a numpty, always will be, he'll do it again and Newcastle will look silly. It is no suprise that they have given him another chance. Even their supporters are turning their backs on the club, season ticket sales are down massively. They are in turmoil IMO
Never mind, one less club to worry about. :dancing:

Barton's trash.

Pure trash.

When he's out of football, he'll be getting into all sorts of trouble.

Just seen what Barton did on CCTV on Sky. What an absolute [Poor language removed] [Poor language removed] he is. He carries on whacking the guy while he is on the floor. What a cowardly [Poor language removed].

The unnamed victim made a gesture at Wilson, 27, and alcoholic Barton flew into a rage. Prosecutor Ian Harris told Liverpool crown court: "This was a vicious and cowardly attack. He punched this male with such force he literally came off his feet.
"A member of the Barton group then kicked him and Joseph Barton straddled him and punched him four or five times.
"Nadine Wilson joined in, throwing food at the man. Andrew Barton managed to restrain Joseph Barton.
"But Joseph Barton continued the assault, throwing 14 or 15 blows at him."
Moments later the player attacked Jordan, as his sick brother and cousin bellowed: "Stamp on him, Joey, stamp on his head."
Jordan's friend Connor Murphy, also 16, was attacked by Andrew, 20.

"Stamp on him Joey, stamp on his head !!"

You know, one of these days they're gonna start some [Poor language removed] with someone that they can't finish and then we'll be reading about in the papers the next day complete with obituary.

Morons.

at the end of the video, it looks like hes trying to have a go at a big fella. when he stands his ground, barton gets off!

The thing is I suspect many clubs would do the same. Football and morals have long since left each other.
Sadly oh so true even tonight Spurs still upset with the shyte over Keane but have decided against complaing why ?was it part ofthe deal:@

God I didn't realize that Barton makes 65K/week. That's more than any of our players make by alot.

Anyway here's a gem from the guardian.

Joey Barton [narrating]: "The first day's the toughest, no doubt about it. They march you in, hand you your uniform and force you to pose for the photographer while loads of fat, tattooed, skinheads shout abuse at you. That's when you know it's for real. A whole life blown away in the blink of an eye. Nothing left but all the time in the world to think about it. That's when it hits home. That's when you realise you've signed for Newcastle."
