UEFA has done nothing for 10 years giving them paltry fines and acting to slow and letting their lawyers delay the process (much like they are doing in the PL FFP investigation) so that they get off on a time barred stipulation by the time it gets to CAS, now you have Ceferin who's obviously been bought like Platini Blatter and Qatar based Infantino now, Ceferin says there is nothing wrong with state ownership now hahaha , that raised the alarm bells now the boss of UEFA is in bed with them and bought and i'm guessing the established order or clubs have given their backing for La Liga and Real to force the issue to take it to court and do what CAS couldn't do, bringing their dodgy commercial deals and hidden payments to Mancini Guardiola and obviously Haaland and the players image rights paid illegally away from the turnover in the Carribean taking them off their turnover out in the open for the world to see.
If a ESL happens, these state owned clubs will not be in it now, and with Ceferin's comments 2 weeks ago it's going to show its head again it's looking like, the lines have been drawn up.... the real clubs v state ownership clubs.
