Lack of weekend fixtures

Perhaps it is my naivety of being from the States, but why has there been such a lack of weekend matches for us? Since the Derby we have played 8 PL matches, only one of which was on a sat/sun. As a supporter from the states it just sucks that every match lately seems to fall at 2 pm on a Friday or noon on Monday and I am stuck trying to watch from work.

Obviously they have moved times around so that every game is played without a fixture clash.

Quite why all our games have seemingly moved to the beginning or end of the week though, no idea. I suppose someone has to.

Isn't it because since no fans are allowed at the grounds they have been trying to show every game live in TV, therefore have to spread the games across the full weekend?

Hello mate good to hear about us getting more fans from abroad . I hope our fan base is growing over there is there many blues in your area were your living .Do you know any other blues over there . I don’t know your back ground but a lot of us on here we’re born into Everton if you weren’t what made you choose the blues and good on you for picking us as your team . Proper nosey me btw

From Oklahoma. Picked Everton in 2012 mostly b/c of Howard and Donovan. But now I have more passion for Everton than most of my favorite sports teams state side. Strangely loved that 6 am kick. Not too many blues in Oklahoma, although I have recruited a couple, but bigger cities (Chicago, Miami, Boston) have large groups of supporters. Also, wasn't trying to play down the super league issue, I just didn't know how the schedule was viewed by local fans and was curious.
