The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
It's just unbelievable that a trilogy like this exists. We'll never see it's like ever again. Masterpiece. The range of emotions I feel while watching will never be topped by any other fantasy film, and the emptiness I feel now that it's over is almost overwhelming. Can't wait to watch it again.

So my New Year’s resolution is to try and watch every film on IMDb’s top 250. I’ve seen quite a lot of them already but I will probably rewatch some of them again. Started with pulp fiction which was very good. The scene in the pawn shop was very unexpected.

Then for some reason decided to just watch a random film so ended up seeing oceans eleven. Are the sequels worth watching?

I don't have much of a memory for them, but I remember most of 11.

I suspect that means that's the best one.

Spent my Sunday watching a couple more movies...

The Daytrippers. Directed by Greg Mottola who also directed Superbad. Really enjoyed this one.



Harlan County USA

Documentary about coal miners in Harlan County, Kentucky, USA who voted to unionize and the push back they received from Duke Power Company. Very, very good.
