Almost inevitably between Millwall and Swindon. Who will be following Norwich and Leeds up into the Championship?

I think on paper Millwall would get this, but then on paper the Championship final would have been won by either Forest or Leicester, instead of the smallest team out of the 4 in the playoffs.

We were both in the Championship for two seasons, 04/05 and 05/06. At least West Ham didn't get relegated.
