It's not ideal but it's nowhere near as bad as we were last season. We look better defending set pieces and generally more solid at the back. Gana coming in is positive and hopefully the PL sort out their admin so Maupay can play in the derby. Patterson looks a look better playing 4 at the back. Surely we stick to 4-3-3 going forward.

I know 5 games in without a win is easy to start panic stations ( might easily be 7 in the next 10 days ), but I was really encouraged with the graft and team spirit tonight. They look like they need a little help up top and I'm sure they'd admit that

For me i thought we would lose the game at Brentford and Leeds, overall v Brentford we were lucky to get the draw despite letting one in late, and Tonight v Leeds is never easy, as always with games you can look at certain things in certain games and think if we score there we lead by 1 or a couple, but the other way around we can see at times we had luck on our side with the woodwork or the keeper making saves, we just need to get that win so a gap does not open up to the few above us, like it is slowly is

I'm perfectly relaxed with tonight's performance and result. We stayed on the front foot, they looked very ordinary, our better players continued their decent form and a couple of the whipping boys worked their socks off. Work in progress, stop the bedwetting.

Yep.

It’s frustrating. Just because the other manager says it’s lucky doesn’t mean it’s wrong. He could be saying we got lucky he was marginally off, he could be saying we got lucky because of shape was horrendous.

We all wanted it to be on, but it wasn’t.
