Important that the wise old heads, in our team, the leaders who bleed blue, now rally this team about them...I'm looking at you Wayne, and you Leighton...and you Capt Jags.
Things are not so tickety boo at the moment, but I am confident we'll climb out of the slump. With players of the calibre mentioned above, a place in Europe next season is not at all out of the question.
NSNO

All 3 of them are part of the problem

Rooney not so much as he at least has a go

Other 2 are not good enough anymore

Simple matter of fact is;

We can't compete with anyone physically with this ageing side which is a worry because we are not technically gifted enough as a squad in every area to make up for lack of physicality.

The young lads although promising are not going to be good enough to pull us out of whats looking an inevitable relegation fight.

We don't have a single threat in an attacking position, Niasse gives his best but shouldn't be near a starting line up and same goes for DCL.

Our entire season is going to be gambled on the hope a striker will sort out the mess in January to pull us back up the table, whoever it may be still won't paper over the cracks we have everywhere else.

We have over half our squad at a minimum who need to be offloaded or slowly pushed out of the side which is a massive concern going into the next 6 months.

Possibly the worst passing stats I've ever seen
