Oh yes Gordon, but seems he has been the only one for a long, long time. I want to see Everton produce and keep talent for many years, or at least keep them until they've outgrown us and not be sold because we're brassic.

Pretty young. I don’t think he is allergic to playing some of these players like our other managers were. But I’d be frustrated if he persists with the likes of Maupay without taking any chances on other guys that may provide more in the side. They may not work out but it isn’t like you have to risk an extended amount of games on them. Give them a decent run here and there (15-20 minutes maybe the odd start) and see if you can find something to work with. If only because we have nothing else

Well i was just highlighting that Dobbin could be rotating with Iwobi on the right

But yes, aside from McNeil our other wide players (Iwobi/Gray) are poor. If Dobbin comes into that group and Danjuma replaces Gray then any funds we have coming in go into the pot for a forward

Yeah, it wasn't a direct comparison to Barlow (bless him!) but rather the familiar look of a player who gets a bit overexcited when presented with a chance.

I like how he's quick, direct and always makes himself available, but that's it for now.

It's mad we had to cough round £30 million for Onana days before he was 20, and people reckon Dobbin just needs a run. If Lewis can't return from Derby at 20 not being their best player, there is little chance he makes premiership career.

If he was good enough he'd have been in the team 2 seasons ago...even more so considering we've been short of strikers since then

Sadly our record with younger players in recent years hasn't been great

Sadly we have some of the very worst fans on the planet when it comes to that particular issue

It's a crying shame, because in other ways I'd say our fans were generally decent

This is where we always trip up though, especially when it comes to the online contingent
