Following on from Monty's good effort, I have a small quiz for you also.

1. Which current professional footballer has the best scoring record for England?
Nugent (DuncIrkSpirit)

2. Name the 5 World Cup winners who have also plied their trade on Merseyside.

3. Who was the last professional footballer to score a domestic double hat trick?
Frankie Bunn (MikelsGoat)

4. Name the clubs who reside at the furthest points North, South East and West.

5. Which international footballer once came on for his country to replace his Dad?
Gudjohnson (Best Little Spaniard)

5 is Gudjohnson, dont' know the rest, apart from one of number 2 is Ball.

1. By best scoring record, do you mean total goals scored or goals to games ratio? If it's the the first it's Owen, if it's the second I'm not soure but might be Rooney or might even be someone weird like Crouch. Or are you counting Jug ears, Joint top scorer with Shearer in the U21s and one goal in one game for The full team
2. Ball, Wilson, Hunt, Colin Croft and Clive Lloyd.
The last two won the one day world cup with The Windies and played for Lancashire, on occaisions at Southport.
