McBain

Player Valuation: £80m
Hi Macca here, just bored/interested in the amatuer leagues you all play in. Weve just started preseason and will kick off in April (which kills me every tuesday night), finishing with the Finals in Aug/sept. Theres plenty of people still playing or even coaching a side here so tell us about it.

The quakers/minchinbury game cancelled.

Parklea - good young side, technical and skillfull, finally delivering on the last few years promise. Will be the marked side this year. (kit like West Ham)
Doonside - Old and retiring but did well for a last hurrah. Mid thirties and 75% of the side going to over 35, finally but I love winding them up so will be missed. (Gay Purple and white)
Seven Hills - Suprise package who we should have snotted. All wear matching green gear to the game and applaud each other taking the field. Im sure their scientologists or something. Weirdos. (green and white)
Mighty Schoies - Our own worst enemy. Best midfielder in the game (not me but close!) and best keeper but a sweeper with a hot head likely to see red in important games finished us off. (kit unfortunatley like Arsenals)
Quakers - Once the Manchester United of the league dominating for a decade, now a shadow of infighting and betrayal. Look out for the movie. (more boogers in green and white)
Polonia - The Polish are good competitors, and managed by an ex international but rely on their general too much in the middle. A game I always score in for some reason. (red and white)
St Pats - Mish mash of ex pats and ugly kids. Hate them and their rock hard ground where they always beat us. (Black and white)
Minchinbury - The South African contingent look great skillfully but have no ticker. (Red and green)
Prospect - The whipping boys. Guaranteed to get any out of sorts team back on track (all red - like liverpool which makes winning awesome)

I play (ed) in District league 2- we arent doing very well in the league but are in the semi final of the all division cup today and the quarter final of the challenege cup next week.

Im not playing at the moment because I suffered a serious leg break and ankle dislocation- will probably take a year until Im back.
