Hi, gents

Long time lurker, finally I've signed up to bring you some news from not so sunny Spain (I live in the north). I'm spanish, not an ex-patriate, so apologies in advance for my poor english. I'm from Bilbao, I've been Everton fan since the Lineker era, so it's about 25 years of suffering and ocassional rejoice. I have no other team, but when I was a kid I used to go to San Mames and watch my local team, Athletic (Kendall was their coach for a couple of years, so that's the source of my nick I guess)
 

mornin` ken, welcome to sunny everton where there is a season of rejoicing etc etc also your english is better than you credit yourself with and much better than mine

Where in the north are you from ??? ( I see the Basque Country .) Escuda Ta Astacatsuna !!!

Bilbao, Basque Country, near the French Border; the most british of spanish towns. It rains a lot, the temperature is warm but not hot and we get less sunny days than London. So not so typical Spain here. I don't like the sunnier side of Spain, anyway; I lived in Madrid for a while and it was too hot over there in summer, I could not stand it.
