Lost Season Ticket

I lost my wallet today and it had my season ticket in it, what do I do?
Please help me as I need it sorted by Hull on Wednesday

get onto club asap to report it. youll prob have to bring id like passport down to them as well. should be fine getting it replaced. not sure if theres a charge though

You'll be fine mate. As Lids1978 said, report it to the club asap and they'll cancel the missing card and replace it.

I think a replacement card costs £10.

Ring the club mate. They'll give you a duplicate

11. I have lost my Season Card / match ticket(s), what should I do?

Lost, stolen or damaged Season Cards will incur a £10 replacement fee per card. In the case of stolen cards the supporter should immediately report to the police and obtain a crime reference number. They should then notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately and the Club will issue a new Season Card. The old Season Card will therefore be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium...

Please remember to have proof of identification (driving license or credit card) where cards have been lost, stolen or forgotten. If you do not have means of identification you will not gain access to the game.

Have you spoken to anyone at the club? Go to the ticket office on match day, and give them your customer number (take ID with you), then they will print off a match ticket for your seat (while they sort out a replacement season ticket card - £10 for the replacement card). Replacement card will be sent out in the post.
