I tried not to laugh (too much), but I couldn't help it reading this:
'TWO Liverpool fans have been fined for having football crests on their car number plates.
Jane and Jason Conway, from Woodchurch, Wirral, were each given three fixed penalty notices by police in the space of a week.
For the past five years the couple have shown their club allegiance with a crest on the licence plates on Mrs Conway’s van and Mr Conway’s car.
Neither had ever been challenged over it until June 23, when Mrs Conway discovered a fixed penalty notice on her van at 6am.
Yesterday, a fixed penalty was issued on her car and another on her husband’s car for the same offence as they were parked outside their home.'
