They play Blackpool midweek - so even if it doesn't kick in that game being out for the Derby is a cert (unless UEFA/FA re write the rulebook - again)

TBH the way he has been this season I would prefer him on the pitch for the derby. A nailed on red card though, that was almost a carbon copy of what he did to Naysmith, except he didnt connect with Carrick as well as he did on that occasion.
