I did say in hindsight, it's definitely Mina's fault.

The fault is deeper than that. This is a tactic that's being applied almost without consideration for the state of the game e.g. Watford and today. Under a period of pressure, it should be obvious to take time over the goal kick, push the team upfield and clear it long.
