Have you noticed that all information on signing this player has dried up. We were expecting his signing to have been announced anytime from last friday to yesterday and still no news.

Then on TW mailbag today, pick up the story there (source Talksport) on Manny and there is news but not confirmed or denied officially that the Manny deal has fallen through. However there are other comments that both deals for Yak and Manny are alive, make of this what you will.

I hope it is all rubbish because end of window is approaching and per Sky, tottenham have made a bid for Riquelme!

Something does not ring true with manny i,m hoping its paperwork but that was mean,t to be done last week.
I know i,m being sceptical but what if the ground vote goes against kenwright and his crew will the so called 20 million vanish and yakubu and manny be nothing but dreams,i suppose it will all become clear this week.

Spurs are their own worst enemy, Jol was saying that what they need to work on is tightening the back up because they conceded 56 goals last year, but he then goes out and keeps buying attacking or creative players. They look fantastic going forward, but no-one is interested in putting the graft in and defending. Bloody idiots.

As for the Manny deal, im seriously worried about this now. I've pretty much written of Yakubu and it looks like there must be unexpected complications with the manny deal.

If Yak and Manny fall through then why not.

SAF is making a 13 million bid for Martins. I believe that would be the way I would go if we could. Man U is feeling the pressure already after three games. I can't see them keeping pace this year.

H Red must have put a word out for Derby to have the cheek to ask, he is already a bencher at Pompey, has he failed to settle, is there something wrong with him (Chico comment below please) only time will tell but Moyes certainly wasn't interestedb)
