Over 100 transfers, 2 managers and rebuilting the whole scouting system is nothing now?

Brands will have spoken to Ancelotti before he signed, he will have sorted his contract and he will be scouting players while Carlo is riding his bike on the beach in Crosby.

There is a fundamental problem with our analytical/scouting system and has been the many years.
