Glad he’s not here anymore but Allardyce was a better manager for us. Got more points with a lot less quality in terms of players.

I’m no expert but the state of this is pretty clear in my eyes. I’ve mentioned it in the game threads the last couple of weeks.

We have 11 players on the field. We do not have 11 teammates looking to play together.

They are a group of individuals.

I’m not even going to list examples but they are all guilty of it.

I don’t want a regime change but Silva has to get them to play together and stop this individual crap.

I agree to an extent but I’ve seen managers inherit worse. He’s got enough quality to be in the top 7 by now but we are flirting with 11-15th I personally believe. He also just spent around 90 million in his first window hasn’t he? I think he has had a good few quid to spend in his first window added to the Gomes loan. It’s him the manager who has to get this side playing, different approaches for different games are needed. He just isn’t good enough for this club. I said it in the summer Pellegrini or Mancini would have been better appointments, better success rate and would attract a better caliber of player.

The massive gap between the defenders and midfielders. The fullback all out attack leaving space on the flank. I just don’t understand what’s this supposed to do...

I think the players love marco as its an easy ride for them, I don't think they get rollickins at all. it defo doesn't look thst way.

its easy street football. all hugs and high fives in training instead of drills and hard work

It takes time to build a winning squad, Silva needs more time...

No surprises we are struggling here as we need more personnel...

Team took an up surge when we got, Richarlison,Bernard,Digne & Gomes however we need 4/5 more players to improve our squad & first team to create competition for places.

A Striker is essential as we rely to heavily on Richarlison & Sigurdsson to score our goals....

Midfield needs bolstering & right back as well as another attacking winger...

Silva should be judged on next season finish position & not knee jerk reactions or hasty one season judgements...
