My missus just said on the radio that reporters are gathering at Finch Farm?
I hope so. No reason he should have survived the bullet this long. When he started out the season the way he did, other managers should have been approached to gauge interest. Sack him and bring one in ala Tottenham

Silva fears sack
Marco Silva held talks with Farhad Moshiri and club directors after Everton’s defeat to Norwich last night report the Telegraph

They say the Portuguese fears the sack, but looks set to hang onto his job for at least one more week.
The report also claims the Everton hierarchy have been desperate to support Silva and are extremely reluctant to make the change
it's not even just embarrassing the way they are going about this, it's entirely demoralizing.

Silva would do well in the boardroom in the apprentice, he would never get fired and end up winning the damn.thing.despite being the worst contestant there

I thought he was meant to be a progressive coach? He's actually a dullard who is terrified of his own shadow, isn't he? He doesn't command respect or inspire his team he isn't a big enough character. He doesn't have any new ideas just 4231 over and over and reverting back to players who aren't good enough over and over because he is scared for his job. Its proven Iwobi is our best choice at ten it's either Richy or DCL up front and Morgan should be punted not in the team every week. If we can see it why can't he? His subs are reactive and desperate. He strikes me as quite naive and clueless. He isn't up to the job. He must go. We are already in trouble every game he stays it gets worse.

I keep reading that under Silva we’ve been behind twenty-six times and never went on to win, which if true shows the character of his team.
Losing doesn't hurt him enough from what I can see and it translates to the players. He can't inspire them and doesn't command respect that's why we have no fight, no grit that's all we used to have at times now it's gone. I worry for us if he stays in charge.
