He should have went after the Sheffield United game to allow for an adequate replacement or better still we should of began the process of looking for his replacement after that game before letting him go. Like proper run clubs like Tottenham do.

Yea, look at Leicester, Raneiri won the league in one of the greatest managerial feats ever and he was sacked a few months into the following season... they have ambition we can only dream of which is why they are looking like a top 4 this season.

He should have gone in February last season.

Couldn't tell you if they aren't in charge now tbh. He elicits that much emotion from the touch line for the last...oh...16 months.

I had a sense of excitement when koeman and Martinez and fat sam were sacked. But the past appointments and years of dogsh*te football have left me just not caring at all about what’s coming next.

Honestly give me Mark Hughes Moshiri I dare you. I won’t even flinch at this point.

I can’t get this keep him is a replacement isn’t in place, he is truly stinking the place out, it’s clear to see he isn’t up to the job and needs to go ASAP. If the board has there sights on a successor but that person isn’t available, let Unsworth take charge or bring in someone for 6 months, they would both be much better options than letting the saga of silva in charge drag on and on.
