I don't think anyone expects anything less than a good trimming at Anfield, so it's a free hit for a new manager, where as the abuse will continue if Silva is still in charge.
Lets be honest, new manager or no, we get beat there and it'll be chaos.

No idea mate but the rumour is the board is split. Seems ridiculous to me. I hope they are discussing replacements.
Don't know about split but they certainly are sh*t
Board can't be split Moshiri owns 51% at board level what he says goes, if there split mosh can stand up on the table whip his flute out and say suck on this if you don't agree with me..
Because it's not as simple as snapping your fingers.

How about hire him now?
If it has to be done on a board vote then they will all have voting rights (based on the board seats)...
However, i think theres no chance that this goes to a vote and Silva stays...
The fact the talksport cameras are outside the ground and theres another board meeting (if both are true) means that weve got someone lined up and there will be 2 votes...
One to fire Silva and the next to appoint the new coach/manager.

What if he is the one who wants to keep Silva?
I can just imagine it, Mosh and Brands championing Silva for a bit longer, Blue Bill standing on the directors table giving his big speech on why we should bring dour Davie back, poor Denise probably just wants to go Christmas shopping or get her nails done. Bunch of comedians the lot of them, if there was a way we could get rid of all them i would take it.
Should do mate, but it doesn't look imminent I don't think – we'd have seen more from the media than what we did.
Don't see the point in letting him manage the Leicester game, Why delay the inevitable? We're letting this clown lose us another game against Leicester when the new manager could with slim probability get us a result against them. Seems pathetic the way they're handling this.
Not with this club, they should have had ppl lined up before hand, a bit like Tottenham.
Who ever gets asked to be manager should say no because in about 18months time he'll be getting booed and wanted out
