Someone reminded me that under Moyes we finished 17th and then the next season we were 4th - gave me pause for thought re' Silva's position. Then there's the admission that the club hadn't given him what he asked for: striker and centre half. A surprise win tomorrow and again in the cup and things could start to look a lot different. If only he'd stop picking Schneiderlin and Tosun then he'd get me on his side.

People need reality a surprise win ffs
 
Twenty games at their place without a win and their unbeaten this season - so yes would be a surprise win to me. It's eleven against eleven so why the f.not?
 
I want him gone as much as everyone else but i would gladly swap that for beating them horrible gets tomorrow night. It would only be a temp reprieve anyway as there is no way is this inconsistent douchebag making it past xmas but to break our abysmal record away to them scumbags would just be orgasmic.

We are going to get slaughtered though lol.

Aye at least by three or four goals and if not it will deflect off Mane's arse into the top corner in the last minute.

So we get rid of Silva and who manages the team through to the end of the season? I wouldn't want someone who doesn't know the league when we're in such a dodgy position - that's why if he does go I'd take Moyes until the end of the season. We've got plenty of talent in the squad and a lift in confidence from a win across the park could spark decent recovery.

I am hoping they have a plan and that's why they've kept Silva for so long but nothing would surprise me
 

His last throw of the dice tomorrow. He’s nowhere near good enough but I hope to God we get a win there and that gives us something to kickstart this woeful season.
