This is relegation form. He is taking responsibility as 10 points from 10 games with this group of player is pathetic. I think we need someone to get us out from the trouble first and foremost.

You are not in relegation trouble after 10 games unless you are about 6 adrift at the bottom. 25 more points from 28 games will suffice. We need to do a lot better.
But we do not need to appoint a manager just to get us out of trouble .

Some fans have been brainwashed into accepting mediocrity. Sadly so has our board it seems.

Three points off seventh. No need for an Allardyce, but someone who knows what they're doing who could stick around for a few years and not get under everyone's skin would be welcome - welcomed by me, at least.

You should get your upgrade lined up before you sack him. That's all I want from the club, I've got no affection for Silva but don't want rubbish decision-making ruining the season when it's still salvageable.

I think we will limp along for the season and he will be fired then.
It is dispiriting when the height of your ambition is to stay away from relegation trouble.

The substitution of Bernard with Sigurdsson tells a lot in my opinion.

I like Marco Silva as a man but not as a manager.

16th. 10 points from 10 games from these fixtures is ridiculous and he deserves to go. He is employed to deliver but it is clear he is the wrong appointment in the first place. How can he be defended at this point...

What? So if we replaced our manager now - four points of 7th - you'd just expect him to keep us up?

People said it wouldn't be hard to replace Martinez, Koeman and Allardyce and look where we are. Seems to be quite hard for Everton to actually do it.

....our team never give me the impression we are drilled when the opposition have possession, we are not well organised which means (to me) we are tactically poor.

I wouldn’t get rid of Silva, I just hope he stumbles on a formation and system that works.
