I thought Mason Holgate looked a little below par yesterday, maybe he overdid it with the Baileys the night before. Still looked solid enough though.
When he went central after Keane went off they tried to target him aerially with McBurnie but didn’t get any change out of him.
He’s decent in the air don’t know why people keep saying he isn’t.
He is a very decent player. its great to see that we now have real depth in central defence.
Its also useful that he cab play RB, although I would still prefer a top notch full back.
I also think he could play deep CDM.

Think in this set up to defend and hit teams on the break he should always start at RB Coleman might offer a bit more going forward but not enough to see Holgate left out.
