Really see them struggling this year. I expect the likes of Lazio, Roma etc to overtake them. This isn't the AC Milan of old we're talking here. This lad has the chance to come to a lub who'll be fighting for the top 4 in he strongest league and the iciest league in the world.

It's a fact.

They've been blowing 60/70M euro per annum & have a 300M euro debt.

They have to balance the books or face falling foul of FFP, they've openly said it.

If Man City don't appear to be concerned about FFP then AC Milan have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Can you seriously see UEFA docking these big clubs points like they have threatened? They'd probably give them a fine of one million pounds and claim it's a message to other clubs not to fall foul of the rules.

Tell that to Berlusconi, as he appears to be taking the threat very seriously....

Man Citeh dont appear bothered over the FFP cause they are not going to fall foul of it, no matter how much money they spend in the transfer market, they simply will not fall foul of the rules. If they spend a billion, they will simply sponsor their own stadium for 1.5 billion.

Yes, we all know that; they are bending the rules and basically giving the V's to UEFA regarding FFP.

If UEFA want to be serious about this they ought to look at who is owning these clubs and who is setting up the deals to get around the rules.

In my opinion it is a complete farce and nothing at all will happen to clubs who break the rules.

It's already been suggested that their stadium naming rights deal / sponsorship agreements will be scrutinised. As FFP clearly states that a 3rd party company with links to the football club, paying over the market rate for such deals - is breaking the rules.

It remains to be seen whether this will ever be enforceable. However, it is obvious that City have reigned in their spending this summer & are obviously looking to reduce their wage bill.

Well, relationships between quite a few of the clubs are a bit frosty at the moment...

omglol.

So he's the new henry...Moyes will play him on the wing then he'll move to another club play up top and tear the league apart?
