One armed fella believe it or not,he used to be a member of my table tennis club years ago,and was a first class golfer too I heard.A fella called George cleans the windows there yeah?
Yeah that route to work every day, even when travelling to goodison midweek/weekend can be a real nightmare,as an aside I saw Mike Newell walking around Formby today @Eggs he has maybe moved back to the area,he used to live here when he played for us I know.…..the thought of Formby by-pass, that road through Ince Woods & Switch Island would put me off living there but it’s a nice spot to bring up a family as I’m sure @Dario Terracotta would confirm.
???Nice beaches but the locals are mostly retired gammons. The Miami of Merseyside if you will.
Big fan. The bus driver father of one of my best mates moved his family out there after making his fortune in "import/export" in the 90s. Great beach, loads of squirrels and a couple of boss pubs.
