Went to a couple Indians games in the late 90s/early 00s. Fantastic team atm and a great stadium to catch a game

I had a period of illness in the late 90s and started watching Channel 5 Baseball at night.
I had never been aware of baseball before. I was completely transfixed by it.
It's like cricket in the sense that the main tension is between pitcher and batter. That is what it's about.
There is a lot more to it obviously vis-a-vis field positions and choice of pitch but the important thing is that the game can change in an instant.
The whole thing is geared to stopping that instant!
