He's gettin' better by the day, just watched him win the 5000m at the London Grand Prix, someone else we can look forward to cheering on in the athletics.

Not really up with the discipline , nor the competition , but I know that this kid is proper fancied .

I like an athlete with a kick (rather than an uppercut ) Dave and this fella has it, he usually takes it up :huh: a long way out but tonight left it on the turn home.

Love me athletics, used to do a lot of running in the old days........the bizzies never ever caught me.
