David Moyes admits he is concerned that Everton aren't awarded penalties.
The Blues saw several highly presentable shouts for a spot kick turned down at Manchester City on Monday.
Those decisions didn't impact on the result in the end, but the Everton boss is surprised at the lack of penalties his side have been awarded this season.
Indeed, only in the Uefa Cup games against Metalist Kharkiv and Nurnberg has a referee pointed to the spot in favour of the Toffees.
Moyes told evertonTV: "We have not had a penalty in the Premier League all season, and for a side who has scored as many goals as we has, who are in a pretty lofty position, you would have to say that is quite amazing.
"We know there have been penalty kicks not given and with the one in the first half when Tim Cahill’s shot hit the boy's (Micah Richards) arm, I thought 'here we go again'.
"I am sure they are still to come in the remaining games of the season."
After the City game, Moyes had praise for the returning Tony Hibbert, but admitted Andrew Johnson was unfortunate to miss out on a starting place.
"We altered the team and I thought it was the best way to come here and get a result," said the boss. "Sometimes for the manager these things work and sometimes they don't.
"You look at Tony Hibbert tonight, he came in, he played (Martin) Petrov great at Goodison and we made the choice to bring him back.
"Andy Johnson has been playing terrific but we felt we couldn't allow Man City to out-number us in midfield."

He's not the only one, You hav'nt got enough fingers an toe's to count the number of stone wall pen's we'v been turned down for this season.
Poor AJ will have to be shot dead in the box to get a pen. It's just a lot of bollox. Iv said B4 Keith hackett needs to take a look at whats going on, An get it sorted.
