MOYES, YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER

Anyone hear the **** on with Alan Brazil this morning?

Still hawking the line that he knew nowt about Ferguson retiring until a few days before the event.

Said Fergie summoned him to his house and told him "I am retiring and you afre going to be the new United manager".

I am going to be soooo happy when this new United project goes tits up and the Glazers show dour Dave the door.

Well, for one, the 9th post of this thread:

You know then, Everton can just reject any bid ? No ?

Wigan accepted a bid and player transferred. If Everton do the same, Baines will go too.

This. United can bid all they like and we can reject all we like. Just the same way Wigan could of. For every manager that leaves, they don't need permission to place a bid for a player at their old club. Moyes, like Martinez, realised that the best way he could strengthen his new club was to add the familiar face of the best left back in Europe.

There is no restrictions in place, he's literally done nothing wrong.

I don't want to see Moyes fall on his face. I just want United to have the same level of success we did under him.
All kidding aside, I feel we should all move on, but I understand how that might not be so easy to do until after this coming season is put to bed.

My thoughts too.

i just dont think utd are as good as the league suggested last year. that last game of the season against west brom wasnt too much of a shocker as far as im concerned , its a team of ageing or overhyped players. add to that the appointment of david moyes and although i dont think he will do too bad , i still think they will drop down a level and be more in competition with 4th -6th than top 3.
but i will take no pleasure from moyes failures or pain from his successes. hes old hat , clearly not an evertonian at heart and not our concern.

Don't know how true the reports if United coming in for Baines and Fellaini but they would be stupid to go there. Moyes and United are a sinking ship. I can already spot the cracks, he is losing Rooney and players don't want to play for Moyes at United who they are apparently targeting. As much as I dislike Moyes I want him to fail miserably and any player who goes there over Arsenal or Chelsea need their heads testing. Moyes, you are out of order and out of your depth. Roberto Martinez gets all our love and respect.

Sad to see such a lack of respect for Moyes, but I guess that's the nature of football fans.

No doubt the same people touting Martinez as the saviour will be the first to turn on him too.

If it helps you to think in general ways like that mate, carry on, but please don't forget that in polls conducted on here over the past couple of years those that wanted Moyes out were 20-50pc iirc, and i'm sure those that did had their particular reasons. Not that many, if any, thought he was utter turd.

I think Moyes has a serious problem attracting top attacking players to play under him - even at United -
any young striker putting his future in Moyes's hands with his track record with strikers, should have his mind read -
that is why he is maybe falling back on Baines and Fellaini who will fill boots but won't take United to the next level

Hopefully Goat's got you on ignore mate. I said something similar about him attracting forwards a couple of weeks ago, without reaching your conclusion re Baines and Fellaini, and he made my life hell until I started using tranquillisers again.
To me it makes sense that agents and players would by now be cautious.
