Name 3? Diouf doesn't count just cos he scored a goal in a surprise win againt France. Nor does Amokachi just cos he hugged the net. Besic has seriously performed brilliantly. You could really argue he had a good world cup not just point to a random goal. Consistently. He was Bosnia's best player imo. Name 3 World-Cup flops? Within 3 minutes or this message will self-destruct.

Football should be about excitement, and I stand by my words, if he signs for Everton for £4M within 12-18 months there will be stories suggesting he's worth £20m+.

Honestly if you're going to argue have valid points.

Discounting performances to suit your agenda is ridiculous.

I like the lad and want us to sign him but I just feel some people are going a tad overboard

Why are people saying to expect the announcement of him signing on monday? Surely if they're nearly done the deal they're not gonna say 'oh its 5 o'clock Friday see ya later!'. Its worrying when these things drag on.

You said in 12 months he'd be a £25m player, you're tempering your outlandish statement a little now. But you've still got no evidence to suggest this will happen, and it's still a ridiculous statement.

Don't you think that's.slightly outlandish.

Too judge a player on 3 world cup games and make an assumption never works out.

Jordan Henderson went for £20m from Sunderland to Liverpool. Who impresses you more, Jordan 'does nothing' Henderson or Muhamed 'action man' Besic? Scott Parker went from Charlton to Chelsea in 2004 for £10m, a player I liken to Besic. He'd scored only 9 goals in 128 appearances for Charlton. I don't know why some people are singling me out for being optimistic, but I truly believe Besic to be the real deal, as obviously does Martinez. I don't think predicting that if Everton are in the top 3/4/5 in the next couple of seasons, that Besic will be talked about as a £20m+ player, is so outlandish.
