I took some photos the other day down our garden. They've all died now though... One sec!
 

From what I've seen in the South West so far it looks like it might be a bit of a bumper year for them. Wasn't sure it had been cold enough yet, but there is an absolute abundance in many of the usual places this year.

Good on them. If i'd hung around in Cumbria I would got loads in a few days. It was deffo right at the start of season up there. The ground is still warm down this way so they're slow to reveal ! I reckon anyroad
