Reidy's Bottle Of Grecian

The Unobstructed View
paul "soft as shoite" the guvnor ince, has returned to mk dons as manager. amazingly it doesn't mention the fact that he is the first manager of colour to leave them at the drop of the hat for a 2nd rate alehouse clogger prem team, and then come crying back with his tail between his legs when nobody else wants him.

I just thought it was completely bizarre when I seen it on SSN before.

Mind you, he done well with them 1st time around. Maybe loyalty doesn't mean as much to other clubs.

I think he left on good terms & there aren't many people who would turn down a chance to manage in the Premiership & if I was the chairman I don't think I'd have stood in his way. You always try to keep your good staff in any industry but you've just got to accept that sometimes people will leave if they get an opportunity they think is worth taking because it might not come again.

The managerial world is so fickle that you can go from being the saviour of a club to a joke in just a few months. Ince could have done really well at Blackburn & established himself at the top level. He could have stayed, done poorly & then never got the chance again. Personally speaking I'd feel happier taking the chance & knowing how it turned out rather than wondering about it for the rest of my days.

He's still a **** though & I hate MK Dons so I hope he's a huge failure
