My sister bought the new home one for her 6 year old, and its not the same as the standard one. It hasn't got the yellow bit by the collar, so begs the question, "are we being exploited?"

And Ghost the infant kits are usually slightly different to the adult ones. God knows why

Yeah but my point which I may have made on TW. Was that the differences in the shirts were minimum, the yellow thing being one of the differences, now that has gone, why has my sister spend £30 on a shirt which looks no different.

I was looking through all my old shirts back to 86 and they are all massively different.

That's a good point. But there's never going to be anything radically different when the shirt sponsor and kit manufacturers remain the same

Err Man U? They not only changed their design, they also changed the colours. All sponsored by Sharp and made by Adidas.

Ah right. Well yeah I personally prefer a yellow away kit. Although last year's looked alright. I don't really like the way that these manufacturers tend to make a design, and then just use it for everyone's kits. I'd prefer it if they designed a kit specifically for us like the good old days. But I don't think that's going to happen any time soon.
