Not sure we need that given the external environment, the surrounding area is a living monument to our past (both bad and good) - it’s a dichotomy isn’t it? You yourself have said that the stadium is so-so but the location is amazing, but obviously what comes with that are the echoes from the past,

Dave wants all remnants of the maritime history removed from the outside of the stadium. He definitely wants the listed dock walls pulled down so we can see the stadium better. I don't believe he has publicly stated his position on the hydraulic tower but from some, very specific, angles it compromises the view of the new stadium too, so, applying his logic from the dock wall argument, I assume that's got to go as well. However, some artificial nonsense in the tunnel, that has no actual historical value, is paramount, obvs.
