Simple - stick the pitch in the bottom of this, and tell fans bring a fishing stool and to pitch up from the bottom outwards. Flexible, and easily 500k capacity. At what point do we call time?
80k? 100k? 200k?

On average over the whole season, they had 521 seats empty...... doesn't really support your argumentThat's just not true. Look at the stats.
During 2001, the year that Arsenal began one of their greatest ever title winning seasons, Arsenal's average attendance was 37,979. Highbury had a capacity of 38,500.

A capacity of 1,000,000 would just about satisfy me.
so 31.10.2016 the new transfer deadline substitute for Evertonians who want to fume..........The Witsel is ours Stadium!I'm pretty sure the announcement will be made just before the report and accounts are published. Probably towards the end of October. Further details at the time of the AGM in November.
Quite a few empty seats there though.

Some mentalists in this thread. It's particularly embarrassing that people seem to actually care about having more seats in the ground than Liverpool.
"I know we've got a sound new stadium on the docks but we've got a few hundred less seats than the reds so I'm gutted"
Deary me.
but it doesn't. I live in Switzerland and there have been games that I have tried to get 2 tickets for that have been totally sold out. When watching the game i see empty seats and the attendance is less than capacity. I guess this is either season ticket holders not being able to get to the game, companies that own tickets not using them or people buying tickets, just getting held up for some reason. 521 seats of a 39.5k capacity is nothing at all.521 empty seats each match suggests that it wasn't "almost impossible" to get a ticket to watch Arsenal when they were at Highbury. That's the point I was making.
