It really depends how it's done. Like @MickA says if it looks like this...
then it would be utterly naff.
I'd rather we stuck to things like Leitch design and making sure the badge is properly displayed on the stadium and left a replica of the "tower" to the club shop or supporters' bar near the stadium.
Personally I think it would be amazing.
I've built better with Lego.
Went along past BM dock earlier and the drive in cinema scaffold frame for the big screen has been dismantled and removed. Site is being cleared. Wonder why?
I know some blues think we'll end up with a small, shoddy compromise of a stadium that isn't even as big as St James' Park, but I can still dream...

A blue version of Borussia Dortmund's Westfalenstadion would look great on the Mersey.
Thats hilarious post but also so true. Last sentence is like a cherry on top of it ffs xDortmund looks ace but I think we are forgetting that we have a fan base that is unique in the fact that we don't really wear colours, take flags, wear scarfs etc. We have a very angry fan base that is never going to produce these murals and mass ends of colours, flags and noise, I think that has to be taken into consideration when designing the new ground.
We mock the full kit idiots and scarf wearers, the flag makers, I myself nor anybody I go the match with wears a top or Everton coat etc
A new stadium is going to be great and much needed but not sure how it is going to work with our fan base?
Do you guys think that it's possible that club and those who make decisions about this big project check fan forums to find out how much fans actually know about this. I mean, are they interested to know? Just playing with the thought.

Had an interesting chat with someone today regarding the ground I don't know how true it is or where he got it from so it might be all bull so don't get on my case. Here goes
There are 3 parties stumping up money Everton, Liverpool city council and third being Peel holdings in return Peel will part own the stadium I don't know if this is the ground or the facilities around the ground that's all I know but that was the hold up as they wanted Peel to put some money up.
Now the bad news this won't be built till 2025 and Liverpool city council will be hoping to win the Commonwealth games 2026 on the back of the stadium being built etc
This could be why the architect from America has been asked to be involved I don't know if it's a coincidence or someone's clutching at straws but apparently there is going to be an announcement in the next 2 months. I know we were told 2 years is not in realistic blah blah so me personally I don't believe it but thought I would post it see if anyone else had heard anything along the lines I was told above.
Just can't see morishi waiting 9 years for a return on his investment / vision
